About Our Cattle and Hog Operation

It takes a lot of effort to raise a premium meat product. It requires a calm and stable environment, patented feed recipes, and an organically developed and eco-friendly space for the animals to roam and graze. And that’s just part of the story…

It also requires a meat processor to fill and ship orders on-time, and to package and ship products to restaurants so it is ready to serve to your customers. Our beef is aged for 28 days and processed in sterile environments using state of the art equipment. USDA
